This doesn't give me much hope though.

The "returns" page at Tess says "consumable items are nonreturnable."

With how careful they were to mention that the new vendor would only sell things that wouldn't affect you if you didn't own them, I would be surprised if they sold any items that did anything except cosmetic things.

It does make me think though, what if they sell cosmetic consumable items, such as Jackolytes?
