Essentially you go through the mission as usual WITHOUT wiping, and at then after you open the 2nd door with the relics, there is a door already opened. You will be in the third room with relics, but will ignore and just run into the already opened door. This will take you to the Tanniks strike at the Ketch portal. Once you are inside the ship, you will have 10 minutes to kill all the enemies, including the boss and all his adds at the end. If you succeed, you get the Black Spindle.
