How does one obtain these? I have a quest to "Depose the Court", and the last thing I need is an antiquated rune victory. I'm guessing I'm going to need a full fireteam to achieve this?

Use the reciprocal runes to get and charge stolen runes to get and charge antiquated runes.
They'll drop randomly from high level dudes, tier dos court, chests on the dreadknot. Need to charge them with 3 tier 2 completions. A team of 3 is recommended. I've got a couple if you want to do it soon.

Will gladly take you up on that! Thanks!

Important thing to note, you don't actually need to use a Antiquated rune to gain the victory, you can leach off someone else's win.
It needs to be your rune in order to get the calcified fragment for that week's level 3 boss.

Easiest way is to level up with eris

Requires mouldering shards though.

Why are mouldering Shards required for Court of Oryx.
Just me being dumb. For some reason I thought you could buy antiquated runes from Eris and they cost a mouldering shard or two.

Those are tier two runes that you can buy

Ahhh, makes a bit more sense. I thought you meant the rewards.
...spend some time in the court of oryx. Do some patrol on the dreadnaught and wander over there. Often 1/3 of the time you'll run into someone doing the court. Even if you're not spending runes you get rep with eris for completing the court.
3-4 times I've leveled rep with eris and gotten enough runes that before they are all spent I'll have another level with her. I have easily enough to make it through another level (if I'm sharing rune slots every other time).

To expand on this...

i've read that the best way to "find" a group in the court of oryx, is to go through the transitions from one area to the next very slowly. Apparently has you traverse to canyons/hallways that they have in every patrol space, the server is performing matchmaking (which is why sometimes you get a "loading" message).
If you blow through the transitions too fast, you are more likely to end up loading an empty space by yourself.
