If you missed No Time to Explain last time, it's available (Destiny)

If you've already done the alternate ending to Paradox and turned in the FWC ghost, you should be able to visit the FWC vendor again and start the quest chain for NTTE

I completed the first step of the quest the day it came out and was given the one to play VoG. Is that timed? Or can I do that at my leisure? Or do you have to do the quest chain in the span of a reset?

I believe it goes:

• Do Daily and find Ghosts
  
• Wait for reset
  
• Get Quest from FWC (if you are with them)
