PS4 not saving videos correctly (Destiny)

So this morning I was going to post a REALLY good match that Lictonatus and myself had in trials. We were playing with Charlie, but he got disconnected at the beginning of the Match. We ended up winning 2v3 5-1.

More to the point, why are my videos NOT saving CORRECTLY?? I saved the clip, only to find this morning, that instead of 15 minutes, it was 58 seconds. Am I doing something wrong? I know my HDD isnt full.
