This is a pretty solid update.
I welcome the IB changes. Though with the increased rewards for IB, they did not explicitly mention if they've actually fixed the universal crucible loot bug they recognized in the BWU after the last IB. I'm going to assume that the bug fix in question is part of the new November patch (Newvember?).
I'm really excited for Clash IB. Like, unnaturally so.
Might play IB next week.

The help article didn't explain what rotten candy is for, what crumpled masks are good for, and what holding the 'use' button on the worn sack will do.
Also, if Festival of the Lost bounties cannot be abandoned, how are they going to get completed and leave my quest screen in the director? Or do they just stay in there forever to laugh in my face that I didn't play enough.

I had a few on my characters that turned to crumpled paper. The rare ones in my vault are still good and I can take then in and out without losing them. Turns out you don't have to spend money on glue, just vault them before the reset.

You can wear them around the tower, but as soon as you go to orbit they crumple.

The quests could be abandoned during the event. Did this change when the event ended?
