Sony DOES have dev kits for the Oculus Rift and is playing with them for PS4. As far as I know MS doesn't for Xbox One.
Another notch for the PS4 apparently. The question is whether Bungie is going to try to do something with it. They should. It's the real deal next step in games. Kinect isn't :-(
