All of my Guardians in D1 looked sick. It was hard to pick just one look for them:

That still looks better than anything in D2. Seriously, what happened to the armor designs in this game.

I apparently don’t have many screenshots from the early days of Destiny easily available. But this is how my Hunter ended up at the end of Y3.

When Vinny told me he was gonna drop some shaders at my feet while running Leviathan for the first time.

This was back when applying shaders cost money and I was glimmer poor at the time.

Interesting topic...in Destiny 1, I did try my best to focus on functionality over fashion. When I got to level 400, and enough materials to freely infuse and change what I wanted, I became more liberal with my wardrobe.

I did have some pretty bad choices, though...

Although, I do still get some compliments on my SIVA-Infected Hunter! ;-)

So even though fashion armor wasn't the biggest thing on the list, I still decked out my vehicles and spaceships. So what was Bungie thinking making us pay for glass-bottom boats they never fixed?
