Trying to get a buddy back in to playing Destiny, and he bought Lightfall but did not buy the annual pass. Is there any way for him to buy this season that doesn't entail buying the Lightfall+Annual Pass package (retail $100 but currently on sale for $50)?

He can buy it from the Eververse with Silver, I think. That’s their workaround so that seasons can be cross platform.

The problem is that a season costs 1200 Silver... but you can't BUY 1200 silver. The closest you can come is 1500 silver ($15).
