Oh great! I'm like an illegal immigrant in the alpha now. Actually, roaming around Old Russia has felt that way at times.

I got the same email! I'm thinking that the code I got at the Playstatiom E3 Experience (watching the Sony presser in the theater) was what got me into the Alpha, and my signing up to request a code on the Greatness Awaits site was denied because I hadn't logged into a PS4 before that point.

I thought the wording of that e-mail was pathetic. "You were not one of the randomly selected winners for the beta" would've been better. I'm left to forever wonder about what the heck these requirements were. Plus, how does it jive with this? Mixed messaging at best.

I bought a PS4, signed up a new PSN ID, downloaded PS+, and linked it to my bnet account, all a few hours before submitting my info for the Greatness Awaits site. It was before the tweet that went out about "guaranteed access". I thought for sure I was in.
