Will new raids start at level 26? (Destiny)
From what I've seen the Will of Crota raid will have options to go to level 32, but it could start at 26 just like the Vault of Glass. This would fit into Bungie's "wide and shallow" strategy for progression, giving players a large sandbox of options that individually don't require that much mastery.

Why not bump the suggested level to 28, given that 26 was the suggested level for VoG?
I believe it's 28 and 32
Unfortunately my web access at work blocks any site that can verify that. A cursory google search of "crota's end level 28" should provide you with verifiable sources.

No. It is in level 28 and level 32 versions.
