yes and....
I run three characters, and by the time I get to the third, I sometimes get a little...unfocused. Not only have I done this, but I've gone out on patrol, killed specified targets, etc. and didn't realize until I was well into my third run that I'd forgotten to get the bounties at the tower.
Then followed slightly discouraging words.....
