No disrespect intended to the amazing music & audio team already at Bungie, but this guy seems like a perfect fit to me:

I've been listening to the entire soundtrack of Ori and the Blind Forest. It's exceptional, and certainly shares some of the characteristics that make Marty's work so good. I'd go as far as to say it's right up there with my favorite OSTs of all time. The idea of hearing his music in Destiny 2 sends shivers down my spine :)

One thing Destiny needed was an off button for the music whilst in orbit and menus.

I remember when I was trying to decide which bounty and mission to go for next... the music was just a distraction. I was trying to think and the music was all: la la la la la la la in my head: very distracting.

It keeps changing, and it tries to set an adventurous mood which conflicted with my which-of-these-tedious-tasks-do-I-want-to-do-now-and-in-what-order mood?

And it always seemed impatient, "come on, let's do something exciting!".

It was better just to switch the sound off.

"Ah relief, now I can think."
