Minor FTB Update (DBO)

Just pushed a minor update for the Fireteam Builder:
- Added King’s Fall to the activity list at ✦280.
- Shuffled/renamed older activities to match the 2.0 update.
- Changed the “Level” when RSVPing to be “Light”.
- Maximum Light you can enter is currently 310 (we’ll see if that’s accurate or not).
- Fixed a really old bug in the FTB index page that prevented Fireteam size from displaying correctly (would always return 3). How do you guys let me get away with crap like that?!
I went through and updated current events to select the proper activity. You guys can put your own Light levels in. ;-)

FYI - Turns out the recommended light level is ✦290 (not ✦280 as most people thought).
