Headset help (Gaming)

I feel like im beating a dead horse, but I looked throw alot of the past posts about headsets. I am looking at buying a headset that will work with both XBOX One and PS4. Price range no more than 200 dollars if possible. Do you guys have any recommendations?

As promised in our conversation last night, I'm posting my set up info. Spent a good bit more than $200, but as I said, I went down the rabbit hole for months, and the price kept creeping up. My rationale was that I could use high-end headphones for music, too. The truth is, though, if my A40s hadn't finally worn out, and I hadn't had so much mic trouble otherwise on the Xbox, I never would've gone this direction.

Mixamp
You'll notice that this mixamp doesn't say Xbox on the box, but I bought it at the Astros booth at PAX, after a long conversation with the rep there. It has solved the incompatibility I had between my OG mixamp and the Xbox One. Note: the other three mixamps offered now are not cross-platform (PS4 and Xbox One)!
BTW, the $99 A40 Black Friday deal I read about looks like it's the headphones only. The A50s might work well, too. Beorn uses them cross-platform. Saw them last Black Friday for $250.
What I have now really does sound amazing. I get some echo now and then (even when cheapLEY's not around :)), but most of the time I'm very happy.

Unforunate that the A40s are headset only. by the time I get the amp im right back around normal retail =[.
I was looking around today, and i found myself going down the rabbit hole, i said 150, then settled on the 300 A50s, then had a reality check, and said not yet.
I am going to buy some Turtlebeach Sealth 500ps today, Retail is 130, but walmart has them for 93. If they work, great, if not I will just return and save money for black friday.
The reason I am frantically looking is because my last working (barely) pair are older, cannot do seperate chat volume from gamevolume,and broken. The left ear extension arm is broke and Taped together. It holds together but still flexes. Basically the lower back of my left ear is exposed, and it gets really annoying having that unbalanced sound. If the problem was on both sides, it wouldn't be as noticeable.
I don't have high hopes for the Stealth 500p, but Destroyoboy has the 400 and hasn't had that many problems. My current onces are turtlebeaches, got terrible reviews by most, but are amazing to me. Once I get a man cave, if ever, I will probably invest a little more money into everything else, starting with a new TV.
Though I'll warn you the initial setup is a pain since the XB1 adapter they provide is AWFUL.
