It tells me it's only part of the RoI Collection bundle. Not the update itself.
The update is a part of a bundle, it's called "Destiny: Rise of Iron - Pre-order" I know you mentioned that you are logged in already, but make sure you actually are, not because I think you're stupid, but because I think Xbox/Microsoft's new online store is. When I went to check it said my username and then next to it said something like "Logged out" and I had to click on it to actually log in.
