I think you are getting confused. You can easily do it all in one day.

You need the oracle bounty. Then play blind well twice on tier 4. It’s charged. Go see the queen.

Earlier someone said you need the weekly bounty. The weekly bounty I know of is what, 9 daily bounties, and there aren't that many available in 1 day. So I guess it's the other bounty, which is blind well. Oh well. I suppose they've got one thing right, which is that I'd never bother doing blind well if it wasn't tied to seeing the conclusion of the plot the DLC started with.
