Are you playing in an actual vacuum? Not with any friends or discussing the game or anything with people? Most of the Dreaming City stuff I know about (to inckude the week 3 visits) I learned from people I was playing with who either experienced it themselves or were told by someone to go do it/taken there by a different friend. The Dreaming City supports the old sneakernet learning patter like the original Legend of Zelda. Obviously you can look up guides online, but I’ve only done that for a few collectible items. Everything else is word od mouth.
Which is how it should be and is awesome.
