Regarding TLW...how is it's fire rate? Is the projectile speed weird? Some videos make it seem odd, somehow.

It's a full auto sniper rifle. With perfect balance you will tear people apart. Syphax had a pretty good vid on best PvP weapons you can check out if you can put up with his ferocious and all consuming rage.
