I love that Luke directly addresses people's complaints, and admits a lot of the design problems with Destiny. I was excited already, now I'm stoked!

Yep, I tend to give them too much of the benefit of a doubt, in that I assume they know better than anyone the problems that exist and that they really want to make the game better, but it's nice to see evidence of that in interviews like this. Luke is cool. Loved how he handled the PAX Bungie panel last year as well.
