Patrol with Resupply Codes, Black Wax Idols and a Taken Ghost shell.
Even better; Court of Oryx (even just Tier 1), with consumables and a Taken shell. Not only do you get glimmer for enemies, you'll fill up on engrams which will give you glimmer AND parts/materials.
