Mercy rule also doesn't correctly give IB Rep. (Destiny)

According to a post on Low Sodium Destiny if you win by Mercy rule you don't get IB rep.
I don't know if htat's true - we only won a single game (out of 9), and it was mercy rule... and I have 231 rep right now.
