Although I will say that that armor will look REALLY weird if you mix it with any other armor. Which is why I'm banking on a shader. But again, they normally don't show off shaders as the cool new thing.
Maybe it doesn't glow unless you get all the pieces? Like the SRL armor set from the Record Book? But yeah, I could see it being either.
I do have to say it would be cool to Taken-ify any set of armor.
