All the Division players I know are annoyed (Destiny)

I don't play, so I'm not entirely clear on why, but the general sentiment is that even with morr "boss" drops you're less likely to get what you're looking for - crafting was only semi-random, while this looks to be more frequent but completely random.

Essentially, rather than crafting a sniper with random perks, it's a random Legendary of any type. More loot drops, but less agency.

At least, I think that's the issue? Anyone who plays and can chime in to confirm or deny would be appreciated.
