I'd also wager that it's not JUST a matter of how long it takes to make the content. I don't think SRL is the type of thing that they'll just push out as soon as they possibly can. I think it's probably something that's spaced between other releases intentionally to keep players interested. We will see it when it's ready, but probably a bit longer than that - whenever the next between-releases midpoint is.
