I don't feel these effects that much because I always use machine gun boots and I have a Unseeing Eye with a god roll and Field Scout, but whenever I try a different HMG I am a little depressed at how little ammo it holds.
Since we can no longer stack two ammo perks on top of each other to get extra secondary at the beginning I'm now running machine gun boots w/ the field scout unseeing eye. That weapon makes me feel like I'm back in my god-roll Jolder's Hammer Days.
