Kahzgul's Moments of OCD and Being a Foolish Completionist (Destiny)
Welcome to my circle of Hell. A few more things to add to your list:
SRL sparrows (nightfall rewards)
SRL Horns (nightfall rewards)
Emotes (purchase and nightfall rewards)
Secret Shaders not listed until they're acquired (e.g. Kingspyre)
Secret Ships not listed until they're acquired (e.g. Vienna Singer)
Promotional Emblems not listed until they're acquired (Nepal, Store codes)
With time, effort and luck it's almost all possible except for some of the promotional items. I'm "working" on sparrows now with 5/8 of the upgrades purchased. I have my doubts about the Scarab emblem due to difficulty, I'm not going to try for the Rumble wins, and there are several items that I believe are currently bugged that will likely need a patch before they drop.
