Bungie has over 700 people working for them now. It makes sense that with more employees, more people would leave them then when they had 20 people. If there's say a 5% turnover, then 5% of 700 is larger than 5% of 20.

I've worked in places with 10-20% turnover (the fast and loose life of advertising). With a company of Bungie's size, it's no surprise that this many Indie games are springing up.
