I've worked in places with 10-20% turnover (the fast and loose life of advertising). With a company of Bungie's size, it's no surprise that this many Indie games are springing up.

But again, look at WHO is gone. People who have had a huge creative contribution to past games. Jamie. Marty. Paul. Joe. Marcus.

There's going to be impact when the heads of writing, music, design, and art all leave.

As for WHY they are gone…
