On PS4, because of the placement of the D-pad, there really is no convenient way to reach it without taking your left thumb off the left stick. This means that any time you want to call down a Titan, you need to stop moving, making moves like the video above impossible.

Maybe it's just a casual thing, but I don't think it's impossible. Heck, it's easy to hit down on the D while running. Use the same quick Hook method that I taught you to use so that you can shoot enemies while getting the Rez in Trials (index on the D, middle finger on L2). Quick and snappy.

I tried that actually. I could see some people doing ok with it. Personally, I have to shift my hand quite a bit to reach my index finger down that far on the D-pad. Makes it very difficult to do while keeping my left thumb steady on the stick. 3 out of the 4 times I tried it, I interrupted my run anyway. Plus, it is nowhere near as fast for me as using my left thumb (or right thumb on the Xbox). So if it works for you, that's awesome. Not so much for me.
