There is no tempered buff, it's been flattened across all days. And you don't have to wear or apply any shader, emblem or class item.
Does this mean that there is no increasing rep as the week goes on? Does it not matter which day you play?
That's correct. And leveling seems faster in general. I only played 2 games and got to rank 2 as an average player (redeemed only 1 IB bounty)
