I do not like the Hunter's IB wolf cloak. It's ugly... and my wife makes fun of my Guardian when he wears it.
The PS4 exclusive chain mail cloak looks great.Another reason to hate the wolf's head: It's waaay taller than your guardian, so you can be seen behind boxes that would otherwise hide you.
Is it still considered your head for head shots?
Fortunately no. It's part of your cloak, not your helmet.
