Iron Banner - Keep it? Shard it? (Destiny)

Can I play too? I'm really not good at this. Anyone that can help?

I need to clear my Post Master before these Iron Banner items get pushed out. I've been careful and lucky to have not pushed any out already (I also haven't played much at all since hitting 400 during the Banner - took forever to get a helmet drop exotic)

One of these Clever Dragon's is the vendor purchase, I can't recall which as it was infused up and added to on hand inventory

1. Perfect Balance/Braced Frame     Snapshot/Casket Mag          Counterbalance/Life Support

2. Send It/Oiled Frame              Armor Piercing/High Caliber  Glass Half Full/Life Support

I tend to prefer stability perks ^, but have recently noticed, with pulse rifles especially RoF is very important to get bullets there first and fast. Also range can be helpful to take someone out before they can get close enough to tag you back (I get outranged with accuracy all the time and it is frustrating as there is not a great way to overcome that accurately)

Blinding Blaze Shotgun any good? Worth Keeping?
