Im severely lacking in context. I assume it was an unintentional buff of some kind?

When they nerfed the Blade dancer heal, they unintentionally nerfed all healing effects, including the two Titan ones. We were expecting that they would just fix it, but instead they decided that they were going to just semi-nerf the titan abilities.
