I don't see what you mean. Stepped through and no stray frames.

Once I slowed it down, I saw that it's past the :07 mark:

Because the screen's fading to black, it pops in.

Once I looked at this image on other screens, it's far less noticeable than on the laptop that I caught it on. Must be a brightness/contrast thing, because on the laptop it's very obvious, but on my work computer and phone it's far less noticeable and dark.
Still, it's a thing that's there...
