We threw the six switches when we first landed. :P

We just stood on them in the order we found them, and though we saw a door at the very top, we decided to explore first. We took the secret doggie door under it (there is a second secret door in the Aqueducts in front of the mancannons too). I won't spoil what's all in there, but there is indeed a hidden chest.
