No. Activison / Bungie took out the ad in the first place. Maybe think about not taking out an intrusive ad if you don't want critics shitting on you:

To be fair, Activision/Bungie did not choose to make that space available there... Sony designed their own dashboard, and if Bungie/Activision didn’t buy that space for Destiny, some other publisher would have bought it for their own game. We can grumble about the intrusiveness of ads on the dashboard, and I’ll largely agree with you about that, but it’s a no-brainer for the marketing teams at Bungie and Activision to jump on a prominent spot like that in the event that it is made available to them.
