This is a test of the new Category. It was a huge failure. (Criticism)
Use this post tweak your forum settings accordingly. Have a horrible day! :D

I heard if you uninstall it, it deletes your C:\ drive.

This is a test of the new Category. Implementation sucks. ;)
;-)
Implementation sucks. Not only do I have to go edit my profile, but I also have to make sure I have the "My selection" option on the category selector on the top-right of the page selected. It defaulted to "All categories", and I saw this horribly offensive thread. My snowflake eyes were melted because I didn't know I had to have both the option set in my preferences AND the selector on "my selection". I may never recover. You'd think the tagline "we are NOT Bungie" would mean that DBO would get it right since Bungle doesn't. Fail. ;-)
Ok, silliness aside, I am pretty happy over how this works. I've set my settings to not include criticism (along with off-topic, which I sometimes don't care for either), but I'll view the forum with the "All categories" chosen. On the days when I tire of scrolling past mega-threads of criticism (or other stuff I don't care for) I'll just change my selection to "My selection" so I don't have to scroll way down to see the things I care about. Then I'll swap it back in the next day or two when I won't have to keep scrolling past the content I'm not interested in. (maybe my beef is really with the super long mega threads & how they impact the way I prefer to view the forum).

Yeah this is pretty much how I do it too. So far it's working pretty well.
