Something is happening on Nessus (Destiny)

Lots of chatter over on Reddit about a few new Vex Portals that have been spotted on Nessus. No word yet on where they lead.

Dare we hope for a Mythoclast mission?

I also wonder if they are dropping missions every week up until solstice or maybe even Forsaken? That would be awesome!

Dropping a new mission every week until Forsaken would be some great marketing.

I wonder if the intensity of the glow on the portals corresponds to something. Light level, or # of players in session.

I wonder why there was nothing datamined for this, though.

It’s entirely possible that these portals are just early hooks that will connect to Foresaken content. I’m hoping it is something more than that, but I don’t want my hopes to get too carried away :)
