They kinda addressed the next generation question when they had the interview with Keighley at E3. Noseworthy seemed to be saying they think the work the put in for PC will mean the Destiny 2 engine can scale up to the higher processing power of next generation consoles. From what I know the next consoles will be an increase in power, but not really much of a change in terms of architecture, so I suppose that makes sense to me.
