I think I looked up a puzzle solution or two when I was really stuck, but I tried to avoid it as much as possible. The ones I needed help with I mostly knew everything, but the info just didn’t click in my head so when I saw the solution it was a big headbang moment. In my case those solutions didn’t really lessen the impact of the end, but I can see how some puzzle solutions could. This is one of those games where once you know the solution you can just skip everything and jump to the end. It’s even possible to prevent one character from appearing entirely.
