I changed my mind. You’re correct. It looks like garbage in the EDZ. The Widow’s Walk Lost Sector shows it off the worst.

You might have to redo the game brightness settings without HDR, then go back and adjust HDR afterwards. The fact that it works like this still blows my mind, it’s a pretty awful oversight, even for Bungie.
