I did Vow like twice, I think, but nothing after that. If we ever put together a crew, I'd be down to go through the ones I've missed.

Duly noted! This may sound silly, but when trying to organize raids, I did think about team dynamics--when I had the luxury (a rarity in truth). Some people were unpredictable, some had very strict schedules, some had quirks and strong personalities that maybe didn't mesh with other strong personalities. I'm not complaining--I liked playing with nearly all the regulars here, and it was good to have a mix. I always needed a few strong tone setters, though--good, friendly players who would stay cool when things went south, have patience (with me!), and be supportive when people would screw up (me again, usually). You're one of those, cheapLEY.
