Bungie music on Spotify (Gaming)

In all honesty the best way to support Marty is to simply buy Bungie's games. That's what he's hired for; not CD sales.

I was going to ask here too and I guess I forgot (I remember now, I got distracted looking at other stuff on the forum), what do you guys think about this in light of recent events? Does anyone know what the situation is with the music, financially and legally, now? For that matter, since he's apparently still part-owner of Bungie, I'm wondering what the financial situation is in general.
