360/One requires a Gold account to play any of the game.Although, thanks to family Gold sharing, you only need one Gold account and the other gamertags on the box are enabled to play.
I'm afraid you give a wrong impression. This feature, which Microsoft calls Home Gold, can be used on only Xbox One consoles. It's possible I'm wrong, but I've yet to see it mentioned without the Xbox One qualifier.
