Starting area locked out? (Destiny)
We were hanging out & exploring around there in the Alpha (to confirm that it was accessible then). Was thrilled that it was featured in the opening cinematic and starting point.
(But I can't answer whether what you were actually asking :-( as I've not yet tried to get back there)
