Custom Optics for Enhanced Zoom, too (Destiny)

As far as I can tell, the Custom Optics for Enhanced Zoom mod makes zero difference on a weapon as well. It certainly doesn't improve zoom as advertised on my Cryptic Dragon scout rifle.
