Destiny Role-Play using FATE Accelerated? (Destiny)

I'm curious if this could be a thing. Bungie has created a vast, vivid world that the game only scratches the surface of (for now). I think by using the FATE Accelerated system (it's pay-what-you-like by the way), we could tell some of our own stories in our solar system and visit some of the places that were only hinted at in concept art or in Grimoire cards.

We could make our own Legend.

I know that we have lots of folks here that can create art and write fan fiction, and I consider role-playing collaborative fan fiction, especially when it's done in an established setting. We could interact with the aliens who ally themselves with the Darkness, walk in the city, visit Old Chicago, gamble for that rifle, fight wildlife in the unexplored frontier, all very exciting stuff and all stuff that I know would've been awesome in Destiny but were sadly not found in the game.
