What it should have been (Destiny)

Hopefully Bungie will buff the hell out if both these weapons.

If Dragon's Breath:

1. Was Arc instead of Solar
2. Left a titan pulse grenade instead of a flare
3. Had tracking

Then it would be supremely useful.
