I forgot to add (Destiny)

It also seems to negatively impact my acquisition of special ammo as well.

I had them on and it would not spawn anything except regular white ammo. I took them off, made a few kills and then I was swimming in green ammo again (heavy ammo also showed up at what I would call the normal rate).

Now it is bugging me. I need to try out some different combinations and see what happens.

It could all be in my head, but I swear they do not work as advertised.
